Mine is definetly CHICAGO 16 (1982)

They just started to go downhill after this..... I had Chicago 17 and it sounded like crap!! (Got rid of it (Hardily any bass, etc)) -- I would have to say CHICAGO 16 was thier LAST GOOD ALBUM!!

I also have Chicago 10 (1976) and its also good...... (Nice bass, etc) and a CHICAGO GREATEST HITS (1975) -- Some of the songs are OK on that and some arent... (With a greatest hits record you cant ever be sure what you might get)

Thankfully 25 to 6 or 4 is excellent on that greatest hits record!!!

I like "Chicago I (Chicago Transit Authority)" and "Chicago II".

Hot Streets is my favorite, it was their first non self-titled release and the first without guitarist Terry Kath. "Alive Again" is also my favorite Chicago song.

Chicago 17 is a close second. Of the 4 singles I like "Stay the Night" and "Along Comes a Woman" the best. "Hard Habit to Break" and "You're the Inspiration" weren't bad but I got tired of them quick.

Yea.. Ya know Zoneboy.....

I looked up info on Chicago 16 and I guess they got a NEW PRODUCER who "updated" thier sound to the latest technologies, etc for the 80s and I was thinking "IM GLAD THEY DIDNT DIGITALLY COMPROMISE THIS ALBUM ALSO!!!!!!" -- The next one they did!!!! (IT MUST BE,NO BASS IN THE MUSIC REALLY,Total crap)

Its really very sad what happend in the 80s.............
