The weird thing about this new fall season is that the new midseason series sound like they might be better than the ones premiering in fall, so you might not have a regular complete prime-time schedule set up until around December. With that in mind, here's what I plan to watch this year:

Very few. I have not been this down on a tv season in all my years. I don't even know what new shows I'll be watching...not many. Returning shows, NCIS, Hawaii Five-O, Blue Bloods, Criminal Minds and both Chicago series. Comedies...the Middle and the Goldbergs, BBt and Mom.

I personally think the days of good TV shows are all but over unless you like smutty sitcoms and Reality. (Just my opinion) Even the sitcoms from not that long ago were still good, it's a shame we are witnessing the death of good entertainment.

I've given it some thought and the last show I watched week to week on TV was "Parks & Recreation." It's over now so this might be back to me not watching anything on the networks. I'll still tune into "Girl Meets World" from time to time and if "Community" returns for a seventh season on Yahoo, I'll watch that. But I honestly think that show is done. I like "Castle" but I'm a couple seasons behind, so I still have to catch up on DVD. I like "The Big Bang Theory" but I'm even further behind on that show than I am "Castle." I may get Netflix so I can watch "Fuller House" and I'll give "Dr. Ken" a chance.

Hopefully things improve as I'm running out of new shows to watch.

I would highly recommend "Fresh Off the Boat" and "The Mysteries of Laura". These are two great shows!
