(The Atlanta Hawks won the Eastern Conference Semifinals, 4 games to 2, by beating the Brooklyn Nets 111-87.)

(Ralph & Ed just watched the game from the Raccoon Lodge.)

Ed: "111 pernts. That wasn't a blitz. That was a bloutz."

Ralph: "Don't remind me Ed."

Ed: "Ralph, people have said that if the Nets made the playoffs, they weren't going to go far."

Ralph: "They should have been wrong Norton. The Nets were THE TEAM. They were the team to beat."

Ed: "And just about every team has sadly done that."

Ralph: "Ooooooh, you are a REAL RIOT!"

Ed: "It just wasn't in the cards Ralph. Now come on, you got to admit that the Hawks were the better team tonight. They were tough."

Ralph: "Yeah, I guess you are right. I may hate Ted Turner's team but they are tough as all get out."

Ed: "That is the spirit Ralph. Maybe next year, the Nets will get better."

Ralph: "Yes. They will learn from this lesson."

(They both sing a song about next year is the year for the Nets.)

(Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)

Jackie: "Ladies and gentlemen, the Miami Beach crowds are the BEST! GOOD NIGHT!"

(Crowd cheers.)
