You'll have to wait until I jump off first because I can't get to watch any of these shows unless they're on YouTube and I'm losing all hope with each passing season! :(


The good news for you is that the times that are listed on that page are from the Central and Mountain time zones so if you live in the East you get to add an hour or two for each show. That means if "Petticoat Junction" is listed at 5 am, that would be 5 am Missouri time and 6 am in New York. I hope that helps you.

Me too. Too bad Cozi TV has it. To be honest, I think this is Me-TV's WORST schedule yet. I think they had the best schedule back in 2012 when they had The Sunday Showcase as well as The Honeymooners. I can't believe, if true, that they're not bringing The Honeymooners back.

Last Year the regular shows previous to the summer lineup change came back on in september if that stays true chips will be back on in September. :)

Technically speaking, C-Band is the name given to certain types of frequencies. But theoretically speaking, C-Band frequencies are usually receivable with a 6-12' dish. It's what everyone used for satellite TV before DirecTV and Dish. With a C-Band dish, you can pick up master feeds from the TV Networks, such as the master feeds of all of Weigel Broadcasting's networks (Me-TV, Movies!, Heroes & Icons, and Decades). yes, I do! I wish they would have more and put F TROOP back in prime time, and I also wish the networks would bring them back:(

(and don't call them "cowboy shows". That sounds like there were a LOT of "cowboys" back then. In reality the era of the "cowboy" only lasted 10-15 years.)

I Agree ! I was never a Cheers fan, and you are right, doesn't fit into the "old time" theme like the other shows on METV have ! :confused:

James and Bonniegirl, so surprised that I found some other people that didnt like Cheers. I mean everybody talks glowingly about it but I never got into the show. I think Cheers is ok for ME-TV. If Taxi is on there, then so should Cheers.

Cheers is just a fair/average show to me. I don't think it's all that great but it's not horrible either. I love the theme song I just can't get into the show that well for some reason.

I woudn't say that I'm an ardent fan of Cheers, but I have seen every episode at least three times or so, and lots of them more than that -- over the course of many years.

From about the same era, I prefer Coach and Wings, and also some guilty pleasures: Becker, Perfect Strangers, and Dear John.

I agree. Also showing the same hour long show and twice in a row takes up too much space on their line-up offering less variety.They have some programs they only air once a week like Gomer Pyle,Dobie Gillis and Car 54 that really should get more play in my opinion.

I also think MeTV is a little heavy on the dramas. I like good drama shows as much as good comedies,however it seems about 60 percent or so of their line-up are dramas. It would be better if it were more evenly split. And is it me or do they REALLY speed up the opening theme on Hawaii 5-O,almost ruining one of the best TV show openings ever made. I still think Me-TV is one of the 2 best channels on TV now,but those are just some observations.

ME-TV is kind of lacking in my opinion. I would like to check out Gomer Pyle or even Abbott and Costello but its on way too early for me.
I've said this before but I wish ME-TV would get rid of "Catch ME if you Can" Sundays. I think its run its course. In fact, change all of Sundays lineup. They are too drama driven.

Btw, dont they air Gunsmoke and Bonanza? Why? Talk about shows that have been on to death.

I concur. Here we get Mayberry RFD at 8pm which is fine with me as I have all eight seasons of TAGS on DVD. 9pm to 11pm has nothing I care for with this new schedule.

I might watch the first hour of Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley and Tuesday and Wednesday nights, but nothing else interests me. I have the entire series of I Love Lucy, The Brady Bunch, Gilligan's Island, and Andy Griffith on DVD so I have no need to see them on MeTV. Get Smart is always on way too late at a bad time for me and they really don't have anything else I care for. And I'm also watching The Jeffersons on Antenna TV so I miss the second hour of summer shows. I also don't like the way they do their closed captioning. Many of their shows have captioning done like I'm watching live news or sports with the captions getting way behind what's being spoken on screen and it's also full of spelling errors.

I'd rather give Mayberry R.F.D. a chance. How many times will Andy Griffith be shown? Not only that, they dont even show the full series.

I have to agree with a previous poster that Happy Days became pretty hard to watch after a few seasons. Everyone was screaming their lines. I think 2 hours of that is a bad idea. Laverne & Shirley was not quite as bad, but the move to California really killed it IMHO. :wallbang

We have the new Decades channel and are looking forward to their line-up, which looks pretty good.
