I keep getting a call from someone who's probably from India saying "You need this for your computer". I've put my name on the "Do Not Call" List, I've told him NO, and I've even threatened to sue him...but he's like a ****ing cockroach! I know what he's selling is a ****ing scam on top of it all, but doesn't even give a ****!

The number says "Unavailable" and whoever the **** is HAS to be stopped...what part of "NO" or "Do Not Call" doesn't this ******* understand?

Try keeping em on the line for as long as possible? Waste their time as much as possible :D or just be blatantly offensive towards em.. cant hurt.

From the time I get up from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM I log on to Youtube and select one of a number of songs played BACKWARDS. When the phone rings and Caller ID indicates a telemarketer is calling I pick up the phone, say "Hello" (Which activates the computer at the other end and links you to a salesperson) and place the phone between the speakers and let the song rip! On more than one occasion I've heard the caller say an expletive before hanging up.

Are you getting this call on a land line or cell phone? If they're calling you on your cell you can just block the number.

Telemarketers can be relentless in their pursuit. They will just keep calling.

I do the same thing. With the computer callers, I asked what operating system do you say I have. When they tell me its the one I don't have, I just say you can't help me!!! Then where are you calling from. How did you get my number. Good by. The asking for money for charities, I asked HOW much you do need/ where does the money go and I don't think I need to help millionaires attempt to get elected. I don't think George Washington got elected this way. The sad part is I block the number and a day later another 1800 number pesters me again. Then the Lower your interest rate calls. I tell them I pay all my bills on time and how can this offer help me? Is there a new info I need to know about.? Next thing I hear is Click.

It's a cell phone...it comes as "unavailable".

this has been going on for far too long; the "Do Not Call" list is all but worthless (some telemarketers actually use it as their calling list, and even when they get busted, they still don't get fined appropriately) and they have had different versions of an "anti-spoofing" bill floating around for over a decade but it will never go anywhere because the big phone companies make too much money off of all those spoofed robocalls - and you know what big companies do to politicians when they want to protect their income (especially when it is being used to commit crimes against American citizens), they buy them off.

These ****in' phone calls keep calling back, last night I told them "If you don't stop calling, I'll call the FBI on you"! They say "We are affiliated with the FBI" I think that's bull****! And now I told another caller to put me on the "Do Not Call" List...they said "what do you mean by that"?

I just want to find these ******** and deal with this **** myself! This **** is ****ing illegal!

In a perfect world, telemarketing/phone sales would be outlawed :)

Yeah but in this economy sometimes it's the only job a person can get! :( If there were no telemarketing jobs, there would be more people begging for money on the streets and robberies too! :(

Better yet, FORCE the companies that use telemarketers to pay them MINIMUM WAGE! I'm certain 90+ percent of those companies would VANISH overnight. I read somewhere Telemarketers have the highest turnover rate of employee turnover (Over 150% a year). That means if a company hires 10 telemarketers today, one year later all ten would have quit, along with five other employees.

Yesterday, I got a call from 002. Yes...it's someone with an English name but he's from India!

I said "Please do not call here again", but they keep insisting on talking to me so I told him to "SHUT UP"! And I hung-up!

These people HAVE to be stopped!
