One thing that I have mentioned in previous posts is the fact that Helen Hunt had auditioned for the role of Katie from this series before the part with given to Kari Michaelsen. After not getting the part, Helen appeared in one episode as Katie's pregnant friend Valerie. However, it took quite a while longer for her to become the household name that she was back in the nineties! However, after "Mad About You" ended, she, more or less, seemed to disappear! I remember the days when she would appear on one magazine cover after another! I realize that, after "Mad About You" she has starred in a few movies. However, it seems that, after the movie's run, she disappears again. She is my favorite actress ever and I really feel bad about her time in the spotlight being essentially over! In any event, I see that, the second to last thread from the top is one started by me and it has nineteen views and zero replies. I would like to commemorate this event by mentioning that, nineteen years ago, our friend Helen starred in a movie called "Twister". Does anyone here remember that movie? If so, I would be very interested in what you think of it.

I loved that movie!! It was a disaster film from 1996 with Helen as a scientist chasing twisters with the help from William Paxton. Check it out.

I loved that movie too! However, I love just about anything with Helen Hunt in it.
