I've never seen the site run at such a slow pace as it has today. I can't start a thread without having to wait an eternity for ads to load. The Go Daddy, People and Ally ads are taking up to 5 minutes or longer to load. It's also taking longer than usual for the threads to go through after clicking submit. I've tried everything possible including clearing my cache, different browsers and nothing helps. I'm also using Windows 7. I started working on this thread at 12:48 and it's taken me 20 minutes to finish and submit.

I refuse to use Firefox because I'm getting small pop-ups with deals and offers on various websites and they cannot be disabled or at least I haven't been able to and pop-up blocker doesn't help.

I can't disable them or at least I haven't found a way to do so. I've tried stopping the scripts when the message pops up but that doesn't help. Most of the ads on the site load quickly and without any problems but some including video ads take several minutes.

Hmmmmmm
Theres no excuse for this..... STAFF MEMBERS SHOULD NOT BE BLASTED WITH ADS!!!!!!!!! (Most sites I am on they are not)
TJ........ANY WAY TO MAKING IT SO STAFF GROUPS DONT GET ADS????? (Please??) -- I feel bad for Zoneboy!!
I often switch browsers when the ads act up on here. The State Farm ads will often cause the page to freeze up, you have to wait 20 or 30 seconds for it to unfreeze before you can post or even exit the page. I understand the need for ads but I wish they'd run more smoothly.

Yes, it is super annoying. Another problem for me on this site is that sometimes the screen freezes while I'm in the middle of typing a sentence. Do you ever have that problem?
