I really hated how the landlord came in there and started making demands for Schneider to be fired. He even had the nerve to try and get rid of the Romanos so he could raise the rent on their apartment.

Schneider is the sole reason that the building is in such working order. He may be annoying but he gets his work done. I am glad the family pointed that out at the end of the episode.
