I think the title was meant to be ironic.

But they kept the door unlocked for Wilona to come on in.

The lyrics do mention the bad things (Easy credit ripoffs, temporary layoffsbills) but also mention the good things (Meeting a friend, keeping your head above water and making a wave when you can, not getting hassled, not getting hustled). The song mentions more good things than bad......:)
