I'm glad their adding the colorized version of "Job Switching" as a bonus feature. Hopefully we'll also get HD versions of the other colorized episodes soon.

It looks great but these Bluray sets are way too high. I already have the entire series on DVD but maybe a few years down the road all the seasons will be on Bluray and maybe the price will go down, then I might get them.

The first season sold very poorly….the price is once again very high considering how bad the last blu ray was in picture quality. I wish they would release I Love Lucy in color instead of Blu Ray.

Btw…anyone buy season 1 of the remastered version of the show? Is it a better quality in picture compared to the Blu Ray or the original dvd release? I am thinking of picking it up.

I was actually pleased with my season 1 Blu-ray set and I'm looking forward to owning the rest of the series on Blu-ray. I'll buy season 2 when the price comes down a little like I did with season 1.

I do like the colorized episodes but I don't want the entire series in color. I think this colorizing process should only be used for "special, classic" episodes.

I don't understand how the bluray looks bad. My copy looks fantastic with just the right amount of film grain to make it look like film yet a sharpness like I have never seen before. The only thing I can think of would be the quality of my TV and/or bluray player or the settings on my TV.

I wonder when this will be released: the 7th or 14th of July?

Yes, that's the price on amazon right now but it will go down later. When season 1 was released it was the same price and now it's down to $40 on amazon.

yup…wish i had waited on season 1…i paid 75 for it…..I am not doing that with season 2…especially if the picture quality is just as bad as 1. I don't get why the price is so high when releases like Little House on the Prairie are almost 100 percent cheaper and the picture quality is outstanding.

They know they can get away with the high price because "ILL" is one of the most---if not THE most popular TV shows EVER and it has a huge fan base and many collectors.

Not really a big shock considering how many times the season 1 Blu-Ray set was delayed.

Anyone getting the release? It comes out tomorrow. Right now Amazon has it for 79 dollars…pricey…LOL

I already have the re-release versions of the DVD so i won't bother with the blu-ray version especially with it's price.

I've yet to figure out what order they've arranged the episodes on this set. I know it isn't by original airdate, it's confusing.
