A fan favorite of mine growing up was "Murphy Brown."
That being said, if I were a writer for the show instead of a kid when it was on the air, my episode would have been called "Toupee or Not Toupee."
In the episode, I would have had the character of Frank Fontana (Joe Regalbuto) become a network rebel and go against the network's wishes by revealing himself to have Male Pattern Baldness on "F.Y.I."
Despite the network's refusal to let him do it, Frank takes his toupee off on LIVE TV--and burn the toupee, earning himself a 2-week suspension from the network, during which Frank realizes that despite what he did, he feels great that a burden is lifted upon his shoulders.
Upon his return to the network at episode's end, Frank decides to get himself a new toupee, and all is right again with the world. The End
