I have seen several debates on this since the show was added to Antenna TV's line up.

Whether on my other classic sitcom board or the Antenna TV Facebook page there are people sounding off about the addition of Small Wonder.

I was not around when the show originally aired so I am not sure how people originally reacted to it.

Some people say it is a "camp classic" and other say it was a low budget/poorly acted program and a waste of TV space.

I know the acting is not Shakespeare but I find the show to be very cute. I prefer this show to any of the crap airing on TV these days!

I wouldn't consider it a classic in the same class as "I Love Lucy", "All in the Family", "Bewitched", "Happy Days"...etc.

But I would consider it a classic in the same class with "Pee-wee's Playhouse", "ALF", "Full House", "Family Matters"...etc.

Either way, it really doesn't matter as long as you like it, watch it.

It's one of my favorite guilty pleasures!

Probably only to me

I do look forward to it every weekend though.

Edit: Sorry about the double post. Don't know how that happened.

I don't think you're allowed to use the word "classic" with Small Wonder. ;)

That said, I do admit to watching it on Antenna TV just for how bad and cheesy it is, lol...it's an unbelievable true "guilty pleasure"!
