"Girl Meets World" Sets Week-Long Season 2 Premiere for May

Fresh off last month’s big date-themed finale, the "Girl Meets World" crew is already plotting its return for Season 2 — and it’s sooner than you might think.

The premiere, titled 'Girl Meets Gravity', will air Monday, May 11 at 8:30/7:30c, our sister site Variety reports. Additional new episodes will air every night that week.



The show’s first season officially concluded last month with Riley and Lucas’ first official date, which went surprisingly well, considering Cory strong-armed Maya and Farkle into tagging along as chaperones.

Interestingly enough, there’s still some newness coming your way before the Season 2 premiere. 'Girl Meets Demolition', a sort-of leftover episode, airs April 17 (8:30/7:30c) and guest-stars Debby Ryan and Jackée Harry.

They have to do a better job scheduling.

How did Riley's date do well? Didnt the date end and Riley wound up with Maya? GMW has to stop with titles like "Girl meets..." Its annoying. We know already, just look at the title. Plus, I hope they can loosen up on the writing. I watch the show because I used to watch BMW but most of the time, GMW is tough to take.
