On May 2nd, 1990, Unsolved Mysteries ran the story of Jesus Peñalver, a Colombian drug lord/runner who was involved in a 100-man drug bust in November 1988, but fled before he could be captured.

I did some searching and found a man on Twitter with the same name. He is from Venezuela, not far from Colombia, and he is likely the age that the drug runner Jesus Peñalver would be now (62).

Just a hunch it's not the same guy since Jesus Pinalver is still a wanted man and that guy on twitter would be arrested if it was him.
