Well, it depends. Not bail, and not parole. Life Sentence, Yes. Death Penalty, it really depends on how many people they killed, what the circumstances were, etc.

I think if anyone killed another person they should get the death penalty. It's like that saying 'an eye for an eye'. If one person killed somebody, they should get killed, too. Why should a horrible person like a murderer be able to live after what they had done?

To me, it depends on how many people they killed and the circumstances, ect. But, I don't believe in the death penalty under any circumstances.

I think anyone who kills someone should get life in prison. Killing them would just get rid of them. Living life in jail would be worse in my opinion because they would rot away & really suffer longer.

Life in prison in a dark cold cell where they cant see anything and have nothing to do except think about what they've done and how terrible they are.

Death penalty or life in a tiny, windowless jail cell with no TV, radio, books, recreation, or whatever!!!

I think they should get the death penalty.
