I have alot of things bothering me lately... Im under alot of stress,etc..........

Well the other day it was added too even more.......

Another VBB site im on called CITY-DATA.com has some of the meanest/sadistic staff members I have ever seen there!!!

The other day I posted a reply to a message and called someone "BUDDY" as I always do (Im friendly,etc) A staff member "PONCHO_NM" deleted my reply and sent me a warning saying it was a RUDE MESSAGE,i need to call people by thier HANDLES.....

Then I sent him a PM back figuring he was in a bad mood trying to help him and he blocked me for 10 days!!!!!!

THIS SCUMBAG MUST BE IN A BAD MOOD AND HE IS TAKING IT OUT ON ME....

My friend FBJ on city-data has also been treated badly (He's also here) he has been blocked a couple times FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! (Beretta I think blocked him (She also blocked me 14 days one time for posting a rant about food having no flavour -- STUPID AS HELL!!!!!!!! -- I didnt do anything))

PEOPLE ARE GETTING MEANER AND MEANER AS THEY SEE THIER WORLD CRUMBLE AROUND THEM!! (THEY HAVE TO FACE REALITY OF WHATS HAPPENING (Things getting worse,etc))

THE CO-ADMINS THERE DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT HOW THIER STAFF MEMBERS TREAT PEOPLE..... THEY WONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME......

DO I WANNA GO BACK TO A SCUMHOLE LIKE THAT???? -- Obvious they are just trying to get rid of me????

Dude111 so sorry you had that experience. That site sounds really f'd up. Like a good friend of mine says "go where it's warm" and that site sounds like Antartica. I'm with Bonnie, SO is the place to be. Overwhelmingly nice posters and fantastic Mods. You will never find Admins as decent and kind as Janice and TJ anyplace else.

Sign me, ONe Happy SO Poster, been here a little over a decade, and 99.9% of my posts are here, with occasional ones on FB and LinkedIn.

I've been to sites like that too...the trolls who are doing that seem that they're invincible because they have a mod to protect them. I had fights with people on other sites despite some being behind my back...

The only other sites that I feel comfortable about without getting much ridicule is...bcdb.com (Big Cartoon DataBase...since NO politics nor religion is spoken) and an acmeacres site.

Dude, I'd leave that site. Its not worth it. I mean if your going to get hassled and upset then you should leave. I mean going on sites like SO or even the site you mentioned should be to enjoy yourself and not make you sad. And I'll add kudos for Janice. She does a great job!!

I had to laugh once when someone was asking about an area near me and somebody told them that they would really enjoy it and I know for a fact that place has been flooded 4 times since 1993. When it rains heavy you can't even get to it because the roads are under water.

I think they said it comes from advertising.

The people who won they post $500 next to their username to let you know who the winners are. The current contest is from April 1st to May 30th

and then the administrators decide by June 14th who the winners are. Just goes to show how big the site is because you would think after giving away $94,000, it would be no one left to win a prize but apparently it still is

What I started doing is staying off the boards that seemed to always get me in trouble

I think the reality is: PEOPLE ARE BECOMING QUITE MEAN AND UNCARING as they see thier world crumbling around them... They are forced to face the reality that things are getting worse everyday :(
