The Bewitched Continuum: The Ultimate Linear Guide to the Classic TV Series by Adam-Michael James is out now and is basically an expanded episode guide to the show. It's quite a fun read and the author gives us his interpretation of the evolution of the series and some of the lore of the show. He also steps back a bit (from being a fan) and analyzes how the show evolved and how characters changed and grew. It's a huge book too at over 600 pages. I highly recommend it.

It is not a history of the show like Pilatos and has no behind the scenes information or interviews. It's a fan examination of each episode that compares the lore and continuity of the show.
