After reading this: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Green-Acres-Season-3/18583

...I'm confused as to which company actually owns the DVD rights.

I'm hoping Sony still owns them...that would give us more hope for a complete series set since Shout! Factory has been releasing lots of Sony titles lately.

I believe its owned by MGM, which also owns Mr. Ed. I can't believe Shout! can't get Green Acres from them.

What I believe: Green Acres is owned by MGM, which is owned by Fox to my belief. That might make it harder for Shout to get it from them

The current rights holder for Green Acres is MGM

Who's owned by Fox. MGM isn't its own company any more. I'd love to own "Green Acres" in a box set -- in fact, I'd love "Petticoat Junction" and "The Beverly Hillbillies" to be fully released too. I love these shows!

Green Acres is apparently owned by Sony, according to MeTV. How has Shout not gotten Green Acres??? I'm hoping that in 2017 Shout does business with Sony and brings us shows like Green Acres, Benson, Archie Bunker's Place, One Day at a Time, & Diff'rent Strokes.

All of those plus 227 and Who's the Boss? would be good. 2016 has been an extremely disappointing year with Shout. Absolutely nothing good except for some individual seasons of Newhart. We need more complete series sets.

Yes. Maybe they got back on track with Sony for 2017 and will bring us more complete series sets!
