Something just occurred to me about the theme song. Judy appears in a lot of scenes. In season one, she appears in the second most amount of scenes after Carl. Her character was more prominent this season, but she never had a storyline so it's kind of funny that she would appear so much. It's like they were trying to make viewers think she was a big part of the show. Factoring the full As Days Go By version, here's the amount of scenes everyone appears in. Everyone appears at least three times, at the beginning eating breakfast, their credited scene and the end, plus what ever episode clips they appear in.

Carl appears eight times in the opening, four of which are episode scenes.

Judy appears seven times, four of which are also episode scenes.

Laura appears seven times, three of which are episode scenes.

Eddie appears seven times, three of which are episode scenes.

Harriette appears five times, one of which is an episode scene.

Rachel appears five times, one of which is an episode scene.

Estelle appears four times, one of which is an episode scene.

Richie appears three times, none are episode scenes.

Then for season two Judy appears the third most after Laura and Carl. The opening breakfast table scene is removed, so everyone appears at least twice now.
