We will lose an hour of sleep starting Sunday morning when clocks move forward an hour.

YAY!!! Once we get used to it , it will be awesome! It's so much happier and more positive than the time of year when we set the clocks backward. That is dreary!

It always takes a few days to get used to, esp. when we spring forward and lose an hour.

I hate daylight savings time b/c it's so hard to get adjusted to the time change. They are proposing getting rid of it here in Washington and in Oregon. I hope they do b/c we'll still have plenty of daylight.
