My name is Maddie and I just turned 13 and I love old classic shows. My favorite show is Family Affair. I also like Leave It To Beaver, Dennis The Menace, The Andy Griffith Show, The Monkees, The Waltons, and Little House On The Prairie. Other than old TV shows I love playing Soccer and listening the Oldies Music from the 60's. I am in the 7th grade and live in Kentucky. I have being lurking this board for about a year now but could never join because I wasn't 13 years old yet. It is my birthday today and I am now 13 so I joined.

Thanks. It seems like I have been waiting like forever to turn 13 so I could join here. Both my Grandparents and Parents got me liking older shows and that is pretty much all I watch now on re-runs or on DVDs that my parents have.

Hi Maddie, Welcome! And Happy Birthday! I like your Mrs. Beasley avatar. Yes the 60's were a fantastic time for TV and music. I was born in 62, so it is the generation I grew up in. Very cool your Parents and Grandparents got you liking it! I also love the 70's TV and music and some of the 80's! I'm a big fan of Dennis the Menace . I like Leave it to Beaver, Family Affair and the Waltons too. Have you seen Petticoat Junction, Green Acres and Mr. Ed? They are three of my favs! Really cute, great old shows!
