At first I wasn't going to count shows with only two members in the cast but have since changed my mind and edited my original post to include "The Wild Wild West" and "I Spy."

"Hogan's Heroes" almost counts as Robert Clary is the only one still alive from the original cast. However, Kenneth Washington, who became a cast member in the sixth and final season, replacing Ivan Dixon is also still alive. I'm in no hurry to add this show to my list. ;)

Sanford and Son only Demond Wilson is still alive. Redd Foxx died in 1991. The others were recurring minor characters so they don't count.

Green Acres only Tom Lester is still alive.

True and also Elaine Stritch who originated the role of Trixie (but playing her for only one sketch) died not too long ago.

Sheila James, William Schallert, Warren Beatty and Tuesday Weld are all living, so scratch Dobie Gillis off the list.

Believe it or not, I'm well aware that they're still alive but from the primary cast only Dwayne Hickman is still living so no need to scratch it off the list just yet. If the OP is also counting recurring characters then I'll delete it from my post. Ultimately, it's his decision, not ours.

To be honest, I don't know. Originally I was thinking all regulars counted but then it became apparent that it's should be a case by case basis. For example on "The Andy Griffith Show" the only actors listed in the opening credits are Andy Griffith, Ron Howard, Don Knotts, Francis Bavier and in the first season Elinor Donahue. That leaves out Howard McNear, Jim Nabors, George Lyndsay, and others who I feel should be counted in this thread. The same goes for the show thebigcookie mentioned: "Sanford and Son." Yes, technically, Redd Foxx and Demond Wilson were the only two cast members, all the recurring characters were there enough to be considered regulars and should count as cast members for the purposes of this thread.

So is it something that we can agree on together? Like a case by case basis.

I'm not that familiar with "Dobie Gillis." Oh sure, I watched the reruns on Nick at Nite as a kid and I own the complete series on DVD but I have yet to watch every episode. But when I think of the series, I tend to think of all the recurring characters as much as the regular cast. So I think they should count (at least Sheila James should) because I think of her as having as big a role as the parents (though not as big as either Dobie or Maynard).

Zoneboy got one of them right. "The Bob Cummings Show" is definitely a show that fits the category of this thread with Dwayne Hickman the sole survivor of that '50s classic.

What's the general feel on "Get Smart"? I mean should Bernie Koppel count as a regular enough to take this show off the list because that would make two regulars still alive?

That's fair enough to me, we'll scratch Dobie from the list.

Clint Eastwood for rawhide. And can anyone named the sitcom actress who is the only cast member left from to early 1960's sitcoms?

Well as you mentioned Nicholas Smith, but I'm also counting Mike Berry (who was a cast member for the last three seasons).

Ron Howard, The Andy Griffith Show. Jim Nabors and Betty Lynn were recurring characters, who left the show.

With Suzanne Somers' recent passing, Joyce DeWitt is now the only remaining (https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/are-any-threes-company-cast-members-still-living.html/) original cast member (https://www.looper.com/819321/the-only-actors-still-alive-from-the-cast-of-threes-company/) of Three's Company. While Richard Kline did appear on the show as far back as the first season, he was a recurring cast member until Season 4, when he was officially bumped to the main cast.

This thread was started in 2015, so it's a little bit outdated.

Tina Louise is the last surviving cast member of Gilligan's Island.

John Astin is the last surviving cast member of The Addams Family.

Kenneth Washington, who became a cast member in the sixth and final season, is the last surviving cast member of Hogan's Heroes.

Lou Ferrigno from The Incredible Hulk immediately comes to mind, as does Brandon Cruz from The Courtship Of Eddie's Father. And let's not forget the legendary Barbara Eden from I Dream Of Jeannie.

If you are referring to The Bob Newhart Show that ran in the 1970's, Peter Bonerz (Jerry Robinson) is still alive.
