I see that my most recent thread on this page has forty-nine views and zero replies. This was my third attempt in the recent past to stimulate some conversation about this fine show. In any event, in the past, when I would see the number 49, I would think of actress Pamela Reed because she was born in 1949. Well, I have since learned that Meryl Streep was also born in 1949. Now Meryl Streep is truly my kind of lady! The time that I really thought that she outdid herself was in the "Mamma Mia!" movie! I would be very interested in knowing what any of you guys think of that. On top of the number 49, there is also another reason why I would mention her on this page. In the past, I have written about how my favorite episode of the whole series was "Katie Steals Julie's Jock". It was after seeing this episode that I really developed a crush on Julie. I thought that the site of her in her designer boots was to die for! Even since then, I have had a weakness for babes in boots. The females who have since made me drool while in boots have included those from "Facts of Life", "Friends" and "Will and Grace". Well, a few months ago, I borrowed the DVD of the classic film "Kramer vs. Kramer" from my local library. It was winter in New York when Meryl's character had to testify in court. In this scene, she was wearing a skirt with a lovely pain of black leather boots. Man was she hot!
