I see that, so far, I have not been successful in stimulating any new conversation about this fine series. My last two posts on this page were in regards to the fact that the episode that was going to be shown on Channel 11 the following morning was "Samantha's Protest". Those of you who have read my previous threads know that this is one of my favorite episodes of the series. Well, as it turned out, I happened to be up at four o'clock this morning. This is the result of a sleep disorder that I have had to contend with almost since birth. In fact, some specialists will say that I might have two different sleep disorders. In any event, when I cannot sleep, my living rooms serves as my insomnia cafe. Because I had time to kill, I decided to watch the episode. As could be expected, several parts were cut to make room for more commercials. That is the way that it usually is when shows move to syndication. I would say that this version of the episode was about in the same league as the syndicated episode that was uploaded onto You Tube as a favor to me six years ago. Any thoughts anyone?
