That's a tough one. My dream match was that the Hulk would face Bigfoot from TSMDM.

As for TSMDM vs Hulk, I'm not sure if Steve could have beat him head to head, but he had strength and brains, so he probably could have outsmarted the Hulk and found a way to beat him.
