JamesG 02-01-2015, 04:24 PM Report: E! Docuseries Will Capture Bruce Jenner's Transition to Woman
by Matt Webb Mitovich
January 31, 2015
Olympic gold medalist-turned-reality TV family patriarch Bruce Jenner for more than a year has been transitioning to a woman, with the journey to be shared via an E! docuseries.
Our sister site Variety reported on the E! series earlier this week, and now multiple reports confirm the presumed subject matter.
“Bruce is transitioning to a woman,” a source close to the Jenner/Kardashian family told People.
“He is finally happy and his family is accepting of what he’s doing…. The series will air when he is ready to be open about his transition” — perhaps as early as May, TMZ reports.
According to Variety, E!’s publicity team will be meeting with GLAAD to discuss how to properly handle the sensitive subject matter. “It’s in the very beginning stages, but it’s a go,” an insider tells the trade.
Among the moments already captured on video, TMZ says, is Jenner’s formal announcement to the family, most of whom have been supportive.

Vahan 02-01-2015, 05:21 PM This is what happens when those Kardashians get the better of you. It eventually gets to you.
P.S. As an Armenian-American, I am ashamed to have the same nationality as the Kardashians.
Mace Dolex 02-01-2015, 10:26 PM So was Bruce secretly gay all these years?
Vahan 02-01-2015, 10:27 PM So was Bruce secretly gay all these years?
I stand by my belief that the Kardashians are to blame for making him go the transgender route.
In my opinion, he let them get the better of him.
veggie-tari-jenn 02-02-2015, 06:30 AM Good for him......hope he finds the peace and happiness he is looking for......I have watched and enjoy all the Kardashian shows, merchandise, etc....always felt bad for bruce.....
JamesG 02-02-2015, 08:26 AM Vahan, how can you say that? The Kardashian family are to blame for what? How do you know what goes on behind closed doors?
Mace Dolex, being transgendered has nothing to do w/ a person's sexual orientation.
HuntingtonM15 02-02-2015, 08:35 AM Vahan, how can you say that? The Kardashian family are to blame for what? How do you know what goes on behind closed doors?
Exactly. You're either transgendered...or you're not. Implying that someone was forced into the lifestyle is insane.

Fair enough. I'll end the argument here.
P.S. Please do not take my posts to imply that I hate transgenders, let alone anyone of the LGBT community. I do not hate any of those people.
MichaelKeith 02-02-2015, 11:19 AM As a 50 year old gay guy, I can tell you that I've never had the desire to be a woman nor to transition to a woman. Happy being a guy.

JamesG 02-03-2015, 02:02 PM Diane Sawyer Will Interview Bruce Jenner about Transitioning
by Liz Raftery
Feb 3, 2015
Bruce Jenner will sit down for an interview with ABC News' Diane Sawyer about transitioning to live life as a woman, BuzzFeed reports.
Jenner, 65, has been sporting longer hair, fuller lips and manicured nails in recent months. It was reported last week that his transition will be chronicled on a docu-series that's set to air on E!
All of his children and stepchildren are said to be supportive of the decision to transition, according to reports.
It's somewhat surprising that Sawyer and ABC have landed the interview, since E! (the network that broadcasts Keeping Up with the Kardashians) is owned by NBC Universal. The interview with Sawyer will air in May, according to the New York Post.
Jenner married Kris Kardashian in 1991, and the two finalized their divorce in December.

My mistake, but I'm just curious to know and hopefully the interview can elaborate more on Bruce's decision to do this, hey more power to him, it's his life and he can do what he pleases but I just want to know what was the final straw that led to this?
JamesG 02-04-2015, 07:48 PM Bruce Jenner's Mom is "More Proud of Him Than Ever"
2/4/15
by The Associated Press
With speculation flying, Bruce Jenner's mother opened up Wednesday about his gender journey.
Esther Jenner, 88, has been besieged by calls from the media in recent days, but the widow in Lewiston, Idaho, isn't interested in fueling gossip.
Instead, in a wide-ranging, nearly hour-long phone interview, she praised her Olympian son for his courage, stopping short of some details that have been floated by unnamed sources online and in tabloids.
Bruce Jenner, who won gold as a decathlete in the 1976 Summer Games, has not publicly spoken about transitioning to a woman. His appearance has gradually become more traditionally feminine.
A publicist for the 65-year-old Jenner would not comment about his mother's remarks. Nor would E! Entertainment on word that Jenner will appear in a reality series about his journey.
Here are some highlights from Esther Jenner's conversation with The Associated Press:
Have you spoken to Bruce recently about his transition?
It was brief and I said I was proud of him and that I'll always love him. I never thought I could be more proud of Bruce when he reached his goal in 1976, but I'm more proud of him now.
It takes a lot of courage to do what he's doing.
He has opened up in terms of his gender identity, which he is now owning, as opposed to hiding like so many transgender people have to do?
Is that right?
That's absolutely right. He said, "Mom, I'm still the same person." He said, "I'm still going to race cars, I'm still going to fly airplanes and I'm going to get my helicopter license."
How did it feel for him to come to you and explain?
When I first learned about it, yes, of course it was a surprise.
In a lot of cases, families really suffer from that kind of announcement.
The family is close and very supportive of Bruce and we're supportive of each other.
Was it a shock?
It was a shock. It's hard to wrap your mind around it.
How did he explain it to you?
He said, "I want to be honest about my identity and I know this is coming out in the press." He started by saying, "We need to have a long, serious talk."
I am at peace with what he is and what he's doing.

I don't think so Janice. Bruce has been married three times and fathered several children. I don't believe he is gay. Unless in the closet or bi? He always had lots of women other than the wives from what I have heard. I think he might be the type of transgender that isn't gay, just more comfortable in a woman's body! Maybe because he is already mid 60's he won't really want to be with either in a physical way! IDK though!
JamesG 03-02-2015, 01:54 AM I figured this thread might be a good place for this ... I just found out someone I know is in the transition of becoming a woman. He grew up next door to me, but was 9 years older so I really didn't "hang out" w/ him and his crew that much.
His wife posted a message on Facebook about her husband's decision and the difficulty about what's involved w/ it. They have a 6-year old daughter together (whom I guess doesn't know what's going on) and the wife is thinking about what to do regarding keeping the family together.
It's a very hard thing to go through, both for the person transitioning and their families. The wife's mother is reportedly not happy at all and wants her and her grandchild out of there. I hope things all work out for the best.

I saw on Dr. Phil before, a man transforming into a woman and the affect it has on the family!! I could imagine! It must be really weird. If my husband , sons, my Dad, brother. Any guy I was close to became a woman I would Totally not know what to do or think, and be really in shock!!!
JamesG 04-06-2015, 01:38 PM Bruce Jenner Interview: Diane Sawyer Makes It Official, April 24
by Lisa de Moraes
April 6, 2015
ABC News made it official this morning: Diane Sawyer will interview Bruce Jenner about his transition on April 24.
“Bruce Jenner’s far-ranging, exclusive interview with ABC News Anchor Diane Sawyer airs Friday, April 24 on a special edition of '20/20.' The two-hour special, 'Bruce Jenner – The Interview' airs on the ABC Television Network at 9 p.m., ET,” the network announced.
The May sweep begins this year on April 23. The interview with Sawyer will be the first discussion of Jenner’s transition by a major news outfit.
Last month, E! appeared to have hit the pause button on its planned Jenner reality series, in the wake of his recent car accident, but ABC News looked to be plowing ahead with its Sawyer interview with the former Olympic star-turned-Kardashian patriarch, envisioned for broadcast some time this month.
Plans for the ABC News special changed in light of the car crash in which a woman was killed when Jenner’s vehicle catapulted hers into oncoming traffic on Pacific Coast Highway, and seven injured.

He was talking on his cellphone while driving.
And on a side note- Jenner will be the ugliest woman to ever walk the Earth. Theres not enough plastic surgeons that can make this ungrateful hollywood scuzzball look like a normal human woman. I despise him and his family and hope they are all sterilized so they can not breed any further. Theres girls and young women that actually look up to these fools!

It is...many people feel they're trapped in another sex body...I know it sounds cliched, but many people have self-doubt and bi-curiosity...because we live in a broken world.
I even ask...if there's a transitional Christian (a man who later is a woman...or vice-versa) what gender will they be...the one they were born with or the one that they feel?
But someone told me that he or she will have another body....

Bruce Jenner has revealed her new identity on the cover of Vanity Fair in a stunning photo by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.
"The last few days in doing this shoot was about my life and who I am as a person," she says in the video on Vanity Fair. "It's not about the fanfare or people cheering in the stadium. It's not about going down the street and everybody giving me a 'That a boy, Bruce,' pat on the back. This is about your life. Bruce always had to tell a lie. He was always living that lie every day he always had a secret...

As sports fans debate whether Caitlyn Jenner (http://www.vulture.com/2015/06/behind-the-caitlyn-jenner-press-strategy.html) deserves ESPN’s Arthur
Ashe Courage Award (http://awfulannouncing.com/2015/a-word-about-caitlyn-jenner-lauren-hill-and-the-espys.html), jealous TV insiders are sniping that ESPN agreed to
grant the honor to Jenner in return for her exclusive interview with
ABC’s Diane Sawyer.
But ESPN, ABC and sources close to Jenner are shooting down the rumors
surrounding the awards. Jenner will be honored at the sports network’s
ESPYs on July 15, following the recent announcement that she’ll be
living life as Caitlyn.
Sawyer landed an exclusive interview with Jenner in April, and the talk
was heavily promoted on ESPN, which is owned by Disney/ABC.
One TV insider sniffed, “Jenner was given the award after the Sawyer
interview. After all, ESPN is part of the ABC family.” But another
insider insisted Sawyer landed the exclusive through hard work: “No
deal was done. Vetting for the ESPY Awards didn’t start until long
after the Sawyer interview was concluded, about six weeks later.”
An ESPN spokesperson stated, “That rumor is false. The Arthur Ashe
Award and Diane Sawyer interview were never connected.” An ABC News rep
added, “There is absolutely no connection between the interview and the
award.”
Either way, some fans are frustrated the award isn’t being bestowed on
Lauren Hill, the college basketball player who died from cancer in
April. Before her death, Lauren, 19, raised more than $1.5 million for
cancer research. Ryan Sweet tweeted, “If anyone deserves the Arthur
Ashe Courage Award, it’s this courageous and REAL woman .?.?.
#LaurenHillESPY.” And @KristinH1998 wrote, “Elective surgery isn’t
courage or bravery. Fighting brain cancer with grace and dignity at 19
is. Lauren is most deserving.”
Jenner drew praise for courage after her Vanity Fair cover, and news of
her award has been applauded by many.
Her ESPY appearance will certainly be a ratings winner. ESPN said of
the award, “Bruce Jenner’s Olympic success came as a result of
strengthening both his mind and body .?.?. but .?.?. to publicly come
out as a transgender woman took a different kind of courage and
acceptance of one’s self.”
Tweety 06-06-2015, 11:26 PM Well, hate to have to point this out and spoil the party, but Bruce Jenner will never be a woman.
I know what a woman is, and he ain't it.
HuntingtonM15 06-07-2015, 01:34 AM She looks beautiful and seems so confident. I'm happy that she's doing this. It does seem strange that Bruce Jenner is now a woman, but in time it will seem normal, like Chaz Bono. Hard to believe that he was ever a woman.
Very well stated, Janice. I completely agree. It's just a shame that some people have to be so insanely ignorant on the matter.
Tweety 06-07-2015, 12:03 PM Funny how we're told that if a person is "born" a homosexual, there's nothing anyone can do to change it, and it's ignorant to suggest that such behavior can or should be encouraged to change.
Yet, look at all the ignorant people who think that changing the outward appearance of someone will change them into a person of the opposite sex.
Let's start from the beginning... Are you people familiar with the "X" and "Y" chromosomes? I mean, you folks on the left are always harping about how "ignorant" conservatives are about science, right? So let's start with the basics.
HuntingtonM15 06-07-2015, 12:13 PM So let's start with the basics.
The basics is that you're literally nothing but a hate monger who offers nothing more to these boards except posting hateful messages on threads that were perfectly positive until you came along. But if that's your thing, cool, do what makes you happy. I'm personally just not the type of person who has the time to visit to forums just to be hateful. But again, that's just me.
Coffeecup 06-07-2015, 12:52 PM It amazes me how one can look so different. Medical technology is mind blowing. If one didn't know Bruce, you would think this was a total different person.

I feel that's something Jesus would say...It's said in a way through I John 3:15...
Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him.
Tweety 06-08-2015, 06:18 PM The basics is that you're literally nothing but a hate monger who offers nothing more to these boards except posting hateful messages on threads that were perfectly positive until you came along. So saying that I know the difference between a man and a woman is now hate?
btw, what I said about genetics is 100% accurate. That's what makes someone a male or a female. Can't change it. That's the way God designed things, and THAT'S really what you folks on the left hate.
btw, despite what you obviously believe, Bruce Jenner doesn't need self-righteous people like yourself to coddle him and protect him from anyone who dares point out the scientific facts here. He can do what he wants, and he doesn't need approval or permission from you or myself. It's an insult to him when you look at him as someone who needs your protection. He doesn't.

Wawwie 06-09-2015, 09:46 PM He's lying to everybody about who he is.
Just how is he lying??? Everyone in the world knows that he is/was a male who had a sex change operation to become a transgender woman. That is no secret, so you have me confused. Who is he lying to?
It's not like he's a transgender who is out to trick people about being a biological female. If that was the case, then I would call him a phony. But he is not lying. He makes no secret about being a transgender. Everyone knows who and what he is.
I do agree with you about the chromosomes stuff, but that's about all. Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner identifies as a woman, and as long as he is not lying or hurting anyone, then I don't see a problem. He is living his life.
MichaelKeith 06-10-2015, 09:08 AM Tweety, I think you make some good points. I happen to be a gay man (50 years old), but a conservative one and you are right that Caitlyn will always be a biological male. He was born with male DNA and has x and y chromosomes. He can change his outward appearance but he will never be able to change into a biological female.
I also believe that humans are born either gay or straight. You can't change sexual orientation. You can consciously choose to live the opposite lifestyle if you want to, but you're born either gay or straight. It's not a choice. I mean, who would logically choose to be gay? I'm 100% gay and not desiring to change that or to live a heterosexual life, but would I have chosen to be gay in the first place.......no.
Tweety 06-11-2015, 11:56 PM Just how is he lying??? Everyone in the world knows that he is/was a male who had a sex change operation to become a transgender woman. That is no secret, so you have me confused. Who is he lying to?

The English language itself has been severely corrupted, especially over the past few years . Words mean things. There are two kinds of people when it comes to gender...male and female. A "transgender woman" is nothing more than a guy who tries to live as a woman and has certain things done to make him look the part. But he's still a man.
Having said that, I would be the last person in the world to tell Jenner than he doesn't have the right to do what he's doing. He can try to live as a woman all he wants, but he'll never actually be one.
On the radio the other day, I heard audio of a promo that Jenner did for his new show...in the commercial, he said "I am the new normal".
Sorry, can't agree with him there. I would say he's lying to himself on that one. What he is doing is most certainly not normal and I don't see how anyone can argue that it is.
Tweety 06-12-2015, 12:36 AM Tweety, I think you make some good points.
Thank you, MichaelKeith, and welcome to the 50+ club. :)
You make some interesting points as well. I know that there's a LOT of research going on these days into trying to find the "gay" gene, assuming such a gene exists (such a gene, if dominant in a person, would predispose a person to that "choice"). Of course, it's also possible that it might not be a single gene, but maybe a combination of genetic materials that bring about that orientation.
On a lighter note, the only person I know who would consciously choose to be gay is probably Neil Patrick Harris... after all, him "coming out" ended up saving his career. If he were straight, he'd be just another washed up, has been former child star that nobody remembered.
In Sports, Michael Sam coming out is probably the sole reason he was drafted... despite being SEC defensive player of the year, he never had anything close to NFL level strength, speed or quickness. The Rams drafted him in the last round (actually a smart move on their part)... and after he showed he wasn't good enough to make the team, the NFL basically got on its knees asking SOME team to sign the guy... the Cowboys ended up signing him to their practice squad, but now that's over too.
Jason Collins (NBA) extended his career by an additional season by coming out as gay. He was never much of a player to begin with (actually terrible for a 7 footer but 7 footers don't grow on trees), but he did end up playing part of an additional season with the Nets.
But yeah, that's about it.
Tweety 06-12-2015, 12:37 AM heh heh sorry folks, y'all may now go back to discussing B/C Jenner. :)
MichaelKeith 06-12-2015, 09:23 AM Tweety quote: On the radio the other day, I heard audio of a promo that Jenner did for his new show...in the commercial, he said "I am the new normal". Tweety, I totally agree he is lying to himself. The scary thing is that according to that old saying, "If you tell the same lie often enough, a lot of people begin to believe it as the truth". And believe me, we have enough ignorant idiots here in this country who would begin telling themselves that is the truth. Ahh...but there was a wise old sage who once said: "You can fool some of the people all of the time, you can fool all of the people some of the time........but you can't fool all of the people all of the time". My fear is that this younger generation who have been brought up in this age of low morality, anything goes mentality, will honestly begin to believe all the stuff the media puts out there.
Tweety 06-22-2015, 10:52 PM Actually, perhaps this whole thing could be settled once and for all.
Could Jenner lift the chair and then stand up?
Wawwie 06-22-2015, 11:13 PM Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner is only lying to himself if on some level he actually believes that he is a biological woman now. Rationally, he must know that he will ALWAYS be a biological male with male DNA. He is not stupid, and I don't believe he is lying to anyone. People will draw their own conclusions.

He could because he has the hips and body to do it.
Bonniegirl 06-29-2015, 07:56 PM Fred and Barney were in drag once, but decided it wasn't for them and didn't go for the sex change!!! LOL!!!!! :D

Wawwie 07-07-2015, 04:40 PM ^^^ Caitlyn/Bruce still sounds like a man.
I do wish him the best though.
MichaelKeith 07-08-2015, 08:45 AM you're right, he still sounds like a man. What's up with that? I guess he figures as long as he still has male plumbing between his legs, he'll keep the manly voice!!!
Seriously, if he wants to live as a woman he needs to hire a voice coach to help him raise his voice. Hiring a voice coach is not a requirement but with his money, why not??? I mean I read he hired a 'glam squad' to help him with other things feminine.
king of comedy 07-08-2015, 08:31 PM I'm sure he can afford to change his voice.
Bonniegirl 07-08-2015, 10:57 PM I'm sure he can afford to change his voice.
Maybe that is why Fred and Barney didn't go through with it! :D And plus with them not wearing shoes and all, what fun would it be to become women if they didn't go shoe shopping!!!! :D Us women LOVE shoes!!!
JamesG 07-09-2015, 10:41 AM Maybe it's a work in progress. I'm sure that changing your voice and mannerisms isn't easy...
and btw, dressing in drag (cross-dressing) and being transgendered are two different things.

He's not a freak. He's a human being who is looking for happiness and he is not hurting anyone.
While I personally think what he's done is a bit koo-koo, I still respect him as a human being.
He is now a transgendered woman, but he will never be a biological woman. That is just a scientific fact and I'm sure he must acknowledge that.
My father is only a tad older than Bruce. If he decided to get a sex change, I would think he done lost his damn mind, but I would never cut him out of my life.

http://awfulannouncing.com/2015/espys-producers-explain-caitlyn-jenner-decision.html
Maura Mandt, co-executive producer of the ESPN awards show is speaking out about the controversial decision to honor Jenner on Wednesday, telling Sports Illustrated: “I think Caitlyn’s decision to publicly come out as a transgender woman and live as Caitlyn Jenner displayed enormous courage and self-acceptance. Bruce Jenner could have easily gone off into the sunset as this American hero and never have dealt with this publicly. Doing so took enormous courage. He was one of the greatest athletes of our time. That is what the Arthur Ashe Courage Award is about, somebody from the athletic community who has done something that transcends sport."

Peter Berg reacted to Jenner’s speech by sharing a transphobic meme on his Instagram account.
MichaelKeith 07-22-2015, 10:08 AM I still think Caitlyn Jenner is doing everything for publicity and the money it will make him. I just read he bought a new Lamborghini. I mean, he claims to be such an advocate for transgender people but his experience is soooo totally different from 98% of other transgender people. Advocate for transgender......right........NOT!
http://www.slate.com/articles/arts/television/2015/07/i_am_cait_on_e_reviewed_caityln_jenner_s_reality_series_would_benefit_from.html
"The respectability of Caitlyn Jenner and I Am Cait is both canny and efficacious,” says Willa Paskin. "Jenner, an affluent, attractive, breezy, happy woman, with her matching pink cardigan and nails, deeply concerned with her family’s feelings and the well-being of young people she doesn’t know personally, but passionately wants to have good, long lives, could hardly be a more appropriate emissary for the cause of transgender rights. But this doesn’t necessarily make her a great fit for a reality TV show. That is not an insult: It takes an outsize personality to thrive on reality TV, not just an outsize story, and transgender people are no more likely to have those than anyone else.” PLUS: I Am Cait elevates reality TV (http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/07/22/i-am-cait-review-reality-tv-has-never-been-this-essential-or-this-good.html) to its highest form, I Am Cait plays like a TV show (http://www.washingtonpost.com/entertainment/tv/i-am-cait-reacting-to-all-the-ways-that-reactions-can-be-reacted-to/2015/07/24/ac18d7f4-3179-11e5-8353-1215475949f4_story.html) about the making of a possible TV show, E! hired transgender consultants (http://time.com/3968180/caitlyn-jenner-tv-show-transgender-consultants/), and producers set out to make a show that was more like something on PBS (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/07/23/arts/television/with-caitlyn-jenners-new-show-a-reality-producer-tries-to-tame-the-antics.html).

This entire episode revolves around clothes because our identities are so bound up in what we put on our bodies.” PLUS: Caitlyn Jenner has final say (http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/i-am-cait-producer-keeping-811559?http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/i-am-cait-producer-keeping-811559?) on what goes on her show.

Bonniegirl 08-02-2015, 02:46 PM Just another reality show that I will not be tuning into.
I've watched it. I like reality shows and I am a Kardashian fan (not so much a Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner fan) , though but I tuned in!
Well I don't mean to be politically incorrect, to each there own and I have nothing against transgender people. My take on this is he is too old to be just now doing it! It was strange seeing him as a woman explaining things to his 88 year old mother. And as Scott Disick was saying, he has no idea what he is going to tell his 5 year old son Mason, when he asks where "Grand pa" is? It was odd.
And Caitlyn is so big. Her hands are huge and with red nail polish on and the way she walks! It really reminded me of Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon in drag in the movie 'Some like it hot" ! :D It's hard to take it seriously, her face looks pretty good though! ;)

I certainly am not a reality show fan, but I have no problem at all with Bruce Jenner become Caitlyn Jenner if that makes him feel a better person. I just don't see the need for a show to go along with it. The same thing goes for the Kardashian's in my book. I have no problem with them being extremely rich, but does that mean they should have a show about there life? I don't think it is necessary at all. The other reality shows like Survivor, The Bachelor, American Idol, Dancing With The Stars, and The Voice I guess are a little better because they are more a competition.

I must admit. I am! I get a kick out of people who don't mind making total fools of themselves by having every aspect of their lives in the spotlight for the whole world to see !! Although a lot of it is scripted!
I love the Kardashians (but not as much as before, it's been played out now) ! I loved Breaking and Return to Amish and my favorite which always had me ROFL was Welcome to Myrtle Manor! :D
I watched I am Cait last night and was laughing too, she took a road trip with a bunch of other transgender women. It was a hoot! :D
Planet Claire 08-03-2015, 03:21 PM I guess the turn off to reality shows for me happened with the whole Paris Hilton & Nicole Ritchie thing. They were so not the best role models for kids who were watching the shows. The same really goes for the Kardashians, there lifestyle is certainly not role model material for these kids who watch it today. I guess being a High School History teacher for many years and working with teens I have a soft spot for what a good role model should be.
I have watched Return to Amish before mostly because I am fascinated with there culture and who they are then anything. I thought it was a pretty interesting show.

He still sounds very much like a man. It's even more apparent when he's talking while off the camera. It sounds just like a man. Plus, he still walks like a man and carries himself like a man. You're right, Bonnie.... he is HUGE compared to biological women. But if Bruce/Caitlyn enjoys being a transgender woman I hope he is happy.

Yeah he really still sounds like a man and walks like a man! And when he was Bruce, to me he never seemed like he had THAT deep of a voice, and I never really noticed how he walked, cause he walked like every other guy does! ( You know like how some people male/and female have a distinct walk, and other people just have a run of the mill type walk? If I'm making any sense? ) And he's 6'2', so he was a tall guy , but not THAT tall like a basketball player is. He REALLY seems taller and bigger in the body as a woman then he did as a man! :)
But like you said, if that makes him happy, that is fine. And he's a good person. Has the same heart and soul either if he's a man or woman. He always was a good father, stepfather and a good Grand parent to Mason and Little Penelope , even though they weren't his biological grand children! ;)

I like the Amish culture too! I'm from Pa . and went on school trips to Lancaster and driving through Pa. seeing little Amish towns off the highway with them riding their horse and buggies. I always thought their culture was very interesting. ;) So, I really liked their show! ;)
Some of the stuff on reality shows such as the Kardashian's is nice though, not all mud slinging and trashy. When they feature Kourtney's children it is really sweet. They are really nice well behaved little children. And seeing Mason from an infant to a five year old is sweet! ;)

I live about 1 hour South of Lancaster, PA. and we have taken many vacations to the Amish Country and even day trips as well. When my daughter was younger we would go up there to the Amish Farmers Markets and buy meats and other things and put them in ice coolers and drive home. There Meats, Pies, and Eggs are fantastic.

"If anything,” says David Kaufman, "the show suffers from an overdose of the stuff. In less than 60 minutes of screen time, Cait shifts from Real Housewives-type fluff to Lifetime-like melodrama to 60 Minutes-style seriousness."

Caitlyn Jenner attracted a lot of viewers for her Diane Sawyer special and the ESPY Awards. Is Jenner fatigue to blame? As Kevin Fallon points out, "I Am Cait was supposed to be the best of both worlds: a ratings success and a rare opportunity to class up E!’s brand. So far, it’s only meeting the latter goal."
MichaelKeith 08-12-2015, 05:03 PM I read that even though he will be paid, Caitlyn is completely upset because he wants solid ratings. Of course he wants solid ratings. If he gets them, it could mean a continuation of his show beyond the 8 installments and it could mean more endorsements and more money!!!!!

visaman666 08-14-2015, 12:32 AM Exactly. You're either transgendered...or you're not. Implying that someone was forced into the lifestyle is insane.

There was the “good” show devoted to Caitlyn Jenner becoming a transgender advocate who hung out with other transgender people. But there was another aspect, the Kardashian part, that gave the E! reality show an air of inauthenticity.

Caitlyn Jenner can make herself comfortable at E!: The cabler has renewed "I Am Cait" for a second season, according to BuzzFeed News.
The docuseries — which follows Jenner as she navigates life as a transgender woman — debuted in July to 2.7 million total viewers, then fell to half that number in the following week.
Despite the low ratings, E! is reportedly eyeing a March 2016 return. An E! rep declined to comment.
