No!!!! I have nothing against them running the Twilight Zone, but please don't take off Cheers. :( It comes on at 9:30 here, which is perfect. I've started making a habit of watching it lately and look forward to seeing it at night before bed.

If true, it would destroy comedy block, so my total educated guess is that "Carol Burnett & Friends" would move into 9:30PM slot and "The Twilight Zone" would go back to 11:00PM eastern.

It turns out Cheers is not going away, it will just be ending in the M-F 9:30 time slot. Tonight was the final broadcast at that time. But starting next week on Wednesday, it will air every Wednesday night from 10:00 to 11:00, followed by The Carol Burnett Show at 11:00.

I do enjoy the show Cheers on Me TV, but I will also give a try to The Twilight Zone which I have never watched before.

Nope never seen it. I will definitely keep an eye out for it.

I still don't get that MeTV would run "The Twilight Zone" in the middle at 9:30PM of their highly publisized comedy block, makes no sense and will believe it when i see it. This whole thread was started with something with no fact.

It's on the schedule on their website.I wonder if they will rearrange the times they will show some of there shows to make The Twilight Zone a little later each night.

Well it turns out Cheers is only being moved to 10pm and 10:30pm but it's sad news to me now because it means no Bob Newhart Show Taxi and Odd Couple :(

I made a mistake i didn't pay attention to the other parts of the schedule Cheers is only being part of the Comedy Conodrum (sp?) instead. so yayyy :)

Had never actually heard of Me-TV but it sounds interesting.

I get my Cheers on Netflix when I'm in the mood.

It seems like the only time that Cheers comes on TV know is on really late at night (two episodes a night) on the Hallmark channel. And even then, they'll censor stuff. For example, in the series finale when Sam says "I'm the luckiest son of a...[FEMALE DOG] on earth!" they re-looped what he said in order to remove the most harsh portion of that particular line.

I usually watch it on the Hallmark Channel anyway but I guess from what I'm reading it's staying.

I think Cheers suffers a little in syndication because the style changed so much from the Long to the Allie years. I quickly lose interest when the show cycles into Allie episodes, and it's vice versa for other people.

I don't think it changed all that much; I enjoy watching the entire series. :)
