I have a question; hope that somebody can help me.

If you have seen the movie: Wrong Turn 4 (Bloody Beginnings); the part where Daniel is being eaten alive by those cannibals; at one point, one of them pulls out one of his organs but, I don't know which one it is; does somebody know ??
