It doesn't seem to happen much any more, but it used to be common for characters to be lodge members. Here's a few I remember, are there others?

Raccoons: Ralph Kramden and Ed Norton
Water Buffalo: Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble
Leopards: Howard Cunningham
Knights of the Scimitar: Cliff Klavin
Mystic Order of the Cobra: Vinton Harper

Al Delvecchio and Mickey Malph were also members of the Leopard Lodge

Dick Loudon was a member of the Beavers on Newhart

The Mystic Knights of the Sea - George 'Kingfish' Stevens, Andrew H. Brown & Algonquin J. Calhoun - The Amos 'N Andy Show

Lenny and Squiggy were members of the Fraternal Order of the Bass on Laverne and Shirley

Dan and Roseanne Conner was a member of a lodge but I can't remember the name of. I'm not sure if the name was even mentioned.

Archie Bunker belonged to a lodge. I think it was called The Kings of Queens.
