You didn't mention the system that you are using (windows, windows xp, vista, etc).

You can google "Run DLL Fix" and it will bring up some sites, not sure if it will cost to use any, but there is many to choose from.

Some explain how to fix the error (depending how much you understand about computers)

Some are downloadable, but as always you should use caution when downloading anything.

You might have to do some research first.

I would suggest trying a System Restore first, then run your antivirus and anti-malware programs.

The only time I get the message when I boot my computer up(Dell)

What DLL file does it say is in error buddy?? (Maybe replacing it will be enough)

Rebooted my computer and did not get the dll message
