I liked him better on SBS because he was an actual character and not just a "fill-in" friend here and there like he was on BMW.

Adored him and JT as BFFs. Also it was sweet when him and Dana got together.

it's funny because he was pretty much the same character on both shows

I thought Marsden was annoying on every show in the 90's that he was on, he seemed like a Ted McGinley go-to type teen actor.

I just took a look at his Wiki page, out of curiosity.

For a C or D-list actor, he actually has a fairly impressive resume (IMO)...
