At the beginning of the episode, when Janet sticks her tongue out and says, "Look at that!" what is she referring to? Her tongue? Because it looked okay to me.

It was mentioned the previous night they gave a going away party for their roommate Eleanor who was leaving the apartment.

When Janet looks at herself I guess she's supposed to be feeling the effects of a hangover and we as the viewer just go along with it.

That's what I figured, that maybe her tongue was supposed to be green like the ladle from all the booze, but it's funny they included that line when zero effort was made to make it look real. Charming, in a way.
