Ok, I'm officially impressed by the TV land knowledge out there.

A B&W episode of BH's where Mr. Drysdale was spying on Jethro with the help of some undercover detective or spy and they thought that some country expression Jethro was using was actually a sophisticated acronym for some type of secret weapon.

The only part is remember is the last two letters of the word , "a" and "d" where suppossed to be "amphibious" "dredge".
