As some of you know since I've mentioned it here, I take physical therapy which Medicare pays for which is great. But they'll only pay for a certain amount of time every year. Our friend and neighbor suggested that I look into Medicaid so they'll pick up the tab and I can keep going after I reach the Medicare therapy cap limit. Do you think I could do that? And get Medicare AND Medicaid? She says if I can, she GUARANTEES that they'll pick up the tab.
Also they'll help me pay for my medicines since I ran into a slight problem with that this week and had to cut back on one this week (my doctor said that's ok)

You should look at getting Medicaid if they'll pay for your whole bill instead of you having to pay some of it which is what Medicare requires. I should look at getting Medicaid because I applied for health insurance from social services. I'm wondering when I go see a doctor, am I gonna have to pay some of the bill because I can't afford to pay some of it since I only got a part time job. I'm not getting any money from unemployment since I've been disqualified because I was fired from my previous job.

I don't have to pay some of it because I have supplemental insurance which pays what Medicare doesn't.

You're confusing me. I thought you said you have to pay some of the bill? So you do have Medicaid?

Treky, can you post the link for Medicaid? I might apply for health insurance from them especially if they can pay the majority of my health insurance bill.
