I am looking forward to seeing the young Jennifer as well.

I am looking forward to seeing a very cute Meredith Baxter Birney. The first season of the show originally aired after her last series Family ended. I thought what a babe. Plus she had that nice long hair that I liked much better.

I read somewhere that Jennifer was really sick with the flu during the pilot and that she was afraid she was going to get fired because she kept throwing up. That could explain why she looked pale and listless. Something interesting about the Pilot is that I was reading an article written when the show first came out and they referred to a scene in which the Keatons were watching an old slide show. The first part of the N@N version of the episode has Steven saying, "I don't think the kids enjoyed our slide show last night." That part is cut from the N@N airings, but it is shown as a flashback in the episode Wrap Around the Clock in which Andy is making a time capsule. When I saw that episode a few nights ago, I realized that it was the missing scene. It is the part where Jennifer says, "You look pretty Mommy, like an Indian Princess," and Elyse replies, "That's your father."

I think the young Alex is cuter :blush:
He is also a bit more interesting.

Why does N@N have to do that? They give a bazillion commercials! I'd rather see the WHOLE episode! that sucks :mad:

anyways--classic episode. Steven looks WAY different as well as Jennifer.
