I grew up on Fresh Prince so when I think of dance TV moments, Carlton dance and the Apache Gang number go to my head.

One of my favorite dance sequences is from Frasier, the episode is called Moondance. Daphne teaches Niles how to dance for a date but the date ends up cancelling so Daphne goes with him instead. While there Niles and Daphne do an amazing tango. One of the best dance numbers in my opinion.
