What is your favorite Christmas cookie?

BUCKEYES

2lbs Peanut Butter
3ibs Powder Sugar
1lb Butter (melted)

Mix butter and peanut butter together
Add sugar (it will be a very dry mix)
Make into balls (1/2" to 1" round) and chill about 1 hour

Melt 24oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips
and 3/4 cake parafin in a double boiler

Take toothpicks and push them into the balls
next dip the balls into the chocolate (about 3/4 covered)
Put on wax paper to cool

I love decorated sugar cookies!!!

Ritz crackers with peanut butter, hazelnut spread and marshmallow cream dipped in almond bark are the best!

I so so so love rainbow cookies. Yayyyyy!!! They are so yummy yummy yummy it's like love in my tummy.
