Exclusive: "Scandal" Casts Jason Butler Harner in Recurring Role

Jason Butler Harner has landed a recurring role on "Scandal", EW has learned exclusively. He will first appear in the midseason premiere.

Details on his character are being kept under wraps, but with Olivia (Kerry Washington) having just been kidnapped, I’d put my money on him being connected to that storyline.

"Scandal" returns Thursday, Jan. 29 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
