The main plot involved Mother Winslow moving in with the Winslows. Carl was not too happy about having his mother move in with him, because he felt that his mother was too bossy. Eddie wanted to go to a party, but his parents would not allow him to go because the party lasted past his curfew. Morther Winslow tried to intervene on Edie behalf about going to the party, but Carl and Harriette did not appreciate her interfering. At the end of the episode Carl and Mother Wnslow had a talk and she agreed to try to not be so bossy from now on.

Hm... haven't seen it..

That eps. is very different than all the others, Valerie Jones plays Judy, they used the set from The Hogan Family, and they used What A Wonderful World as the theme song.
