This info has been available for awhile now but it's still not up on amazon to preorder. I'm not sure what's going on with it. I hope it wasn't canceled. I really want to order it!

MPI has a history of delaying releases for various reasons. The Mothers-in-Law was held up for nearly two years! I'm sure Donna is still coming, although not sure why Amazon.com doesn't have it listed. I pre-ordered mine months ago and they've never notified me to say it's being delayed.

Who did you preorder from? Was is Amazon's Canadian site? That's the only place I can find it for preorder online.

If this doesn't eventually show up on amazon's US site, I may just order if from their Canadian site. I think the releases for both countries are identical anyways. Someway I will own this. I missed out on the original release and I won't make that mistake again! I love this show!

After emailing MPI about season 2 being released in the US, I received this response:

We will release this March 2015 tentatively.

So I'm going to cancel my order with amazon.ca and just wait until March to order from amazon.com.

UPDATE: I have changed the title of this tread to reflect the new release date.

Thanks for the info. I will keep my original pre-order. I already have the Virgil release from 2009 so it's not like I am impatiently waiting. I just like the cover art and packaging better on the MPI releases. The Virgil version has Donna looking like a wax figure on the cover (it's the same photo as the set shown at the top of this page but mine is overly Photoshopped) and it's a big thick ugly black case that those Public Domain budget movie sets come in.

Well at least we know now when it's coming. I am not that eager anyway; it's just an ungrade from my Virgil set and I will be too immersed in MAUDE when this arrives anyway :) But I am happy for those who will be seeing these for the first time. It's a great season.
