View Full Version : Bill Cosby's Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Vandalized. RAPIST
Flying Dutchman 12-05-2014, 06:30 PM In response to the vandalism, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce released the following statement: “The Hollywood Walk of Fame is an institution celebrating the positive contributions of the inductees. When people are unhappy with one of our honorees, we would hope that they would project their anger in more positive ways then to vandalize a California State landmark. The star is being cleaned up at this time.”
This is sad. So so sad. :-(
Vahan 12-05-2014, 06:39 PM And this is why Hollywood doesn't wanna give Jane Fonda a star (her Brother and Father each have one). They don't wanna have to go through the trouble of cleaning it, because of people writing things like "Commie", "Traitor", "Whore", and "Hanoi Jane" on there.
Sorry for being off-topic, just being hypothetical. People do these things on stars of celebrities they hate the most.
ThomasE 12-05-2014, 08:18 PM That is some evil crap! Unbelievable!!

You're not kidding about Jane Fonda. My Uncle was a country music lover and just adored Dolly Parton. So for his birthday, my brother and I took him to see the movie 9 to 5 when it was on the big screen. When he saw Jane Fonda in the movie, he got up and walked out. He yelled at us saying. "How the hell could you put me in front of a screen with that communist on it" He just loathed her.

My Dad hates her too. He's a Vietmam so I understand. I don't like her politics but I can watch her movies though. I like 9-5.

Did anyone do the same thing about Michael Jackson in 1993 and 2003?

This is just my observation but I think because Michael Jackson made a hurried televized statement pleading his case many people probably started to feel sympathy towards remembering his music and how much joy they brought.
In the case of Cosby he hasn't made any sort of public statement only making him more guilty of the allegations.
Flying Dutchman 12-06-2014, 09:38 AM Not just Cosby, but Stephen Collins for that matter. I think people want to hear from the accused.
But here's something else to think about. What would have happened if these things had been made public awareness while the Cosby Show and 7th Heaven were being filmed? Both of these guys were the stars of their shows. Do you think the shows would have gotten canceled?

Yes, I do.

Yep, agreed.
It's clear that Cosby was (and still is) trying to take this to his grave with him.

I'm not a fan of Hanoi Jane either. When that vet spit on her at a book signing I thought " his spittle was to good for her."
The day she goes to a Veteran's hospital and empties the bedpans of some triple amputees, or spends a day helping some horribly wounded vets in a similarly tangible way, I'll think about forgiving her.
Back on topic, regarding Cosby, what goes around comes around. The backlash may be just beginning...

Wawwie 12-06-2014, 06:33 PM I despise Bill Cosby. I also think he's guilty as sin. But personally, I would have left his Hollywood star alone.
isiahthomas 12-10-2014, 05:57 PM LOL@Bill's Hollywood star got vandalized hahahahahahahahahahahaha.
