"Jaws"- Police chief Martin Brody after seeing the great white shark they are dealing with tells Captain Quint"You're gonna need a bigger boat" . Quint ignores that and they end up in a lot of trouble. I would say this is the line that makes this movie. It all boils down to Quint being stubborn and egotistical which in the end cost him his life.
