There are some features and resemblance. While we are on the subject, it would have nice to see jack's mother. We saw some of the other roommate's parents, and here you have the star of the show, and we don't see his mother. ikhuri 12-10-2014, 05:24 PM I paid it much attention, but you're right. Imad GARFIELDKOOL 12-10-2014, 05:38 PM Jack's mother did appear in the episode "Extra, Extra" from Season 7! Imad Ok, I forgot about that episode. Being that is was far from my fav episode and his mother didn't have that big of a presence, I assume she never appeared. JackJanetChrissy 12-10-2014, 09:48 PM And we see Jack talking to his mom on the phone, like in "And Now Here's Jack"....apparently he went to see her every year for her birthday. Imad What I remember the most about that episode was that the mothers were dressed way too conservatively. Were they supposed to be Amish, or something? TVFactFan 12-10-2014, 10:27 PM Ok, I forgot about that episode. Were they supposed to be Amish, or something? I think women of that generation were much less prone to following trends and stuck to the styles of the 1940s and 1950s. My grandma (who would've been the same age as the trio's mothers) has never worn pants. Chrissy's mother in the second episode looked about 50 or 60 years old and wore a pillbox hat. But really she was just wearing what would have been the equivalent to 1995 styles to us today. My mother seems to keep up with current styles, but back then I think ladies who grew up during a certain era were less progressive in their fashion. |
