In one show Archie and the older union guys he worked with didn't want to strike but the younger guys did. Archie stated something like "We shouted them down" which is how the older union guys prevailed. Not much to go on but I would like to find which episode that was. Thanks for any help

That's in Episode 4 of Season 5. It's the last part of the four epsisodes (The Bunkers and Inflation) where Archie is on strike. The quote actually comes at the meeting to end the strike, not a meeting on whether or not to strike.
