He was featured on a November 24, 1993 special alert for scamming, embezzlement and bank fraud. Upon searching for more information about him, I found this mugshot and the profile of a guy by the same name (after going through tons of guys with the name David Brian Williams). That's exactly what I thought too. He's still listed as "wanted" on the Unsolved Mysteries Wiki. I would call it in if I knew what agency handled his case.
