Did anyone else ever notice how Larry got sloppy drunk at the prospect of the trio moving out in "Paradise Lost" but didn't seem to care too much at the end of the series when everyone was going their separate ways for good?

I thought the sloppy drunk reaction rang much truer. For Larry and Furley.

I never thought of that to be honest with you. They had an hour long episode as well. They might have thought that since they already did that with Larry and Furley in Season 6, it wasn't worth repeating so soon.

I did like what Larry said to Janet and Terri at the end though, and the girls telling him that everything they said, they didn't mean!

Larry probably also realized that life goes on and people eventually go their separate ways so he just accepted that.

I feel sadder for Mr. Furley when he stands by the doorway and slumps his shoulders its almost as if he was sad seeing the trio leave like they were his kids.

I thought I remembered Larry getting emotional. Then Jack told him he was only moving a short distance away and Larry said something like, "why didn't you say so?"

I do agree about Furley. That was pretty sad.

And looks like Larry got over it pretty quick since he moved to Bakersfield as mentioned when he guest starred on Three's A Crowd.

So that means with everyone gone from the building poor Mr. Furley was indeed left alone. :(
