Fourteen years ago to the day, Tom Brady made his NFL debut against the Lions. The Patriots lost that day, 34-9. Exactly 5,114 days later, New England and Detroit met again. This time, Brady and the Pats won ... 34-9.

Back in 2000, Brady completed 1 of 3 passes for 6 yards. On Sunday, he was slightly more efficient, going 38 of 53 for 349 yards, 2 touchdowns and an interception. In '00, the Pats were 3-9 at this point in the season. Now they're 9-2 and positioning themselves for a first-round bye in the postseason.
