I have a channel on cable, WTMW Channel 14 which is a member of AIN, The American Independant Nework. It is mostly infomercials and other sales type stuff. But it does have some classic TV shows. You may have an AIN station available to you. Click here (http://www.auctionstelevision.com/channels.htm) and scroll down to the AIN section to see a list of channels.

Here is what was on yesterday. All times are EST. You can click on each title to bring up the IMDB listing for it.

4:00 I Married Joan (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0044269), a 1952 sitcom starring a very young Jim Backus.

4:30 Love that Bob (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0047752), a 1955 sitcom with Dwayne Hickman, Nancy Kulp, Ann B. Davis, and Bob Cummings. This has an amazing amount of talent in one show. Yesterday, a very young Don Knotts was a guest star and he appeared in a swimming suit!

5:00 The Mothers-in-law (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0061280), a sitcom from 1967. Yesterday's show was from the first season, so Roger Carmel (Harry Mudd from StarTrek) has a starring role.

5:30 Susie (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0045435), a sitcom from 1953 starring Ann Sothern.

6:00 The Beverly Hillbillies (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0055662). First season, uncut, no crunching of credits.

6:30 The Lucy Show (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0055686). Yesterday Carol Burnett was the guest star.

Now some of these shows really need restoration, the prints are not great. Also AIN does not seem to closely follow the schedules they sent to gist, tvguide, etc. Still, it is worth the trouble to track this down if you can.

WTMW was recently sold and plans are for them to go Spanish either sometime later on this year or early 2002.
