View Full Version : Only Good episode in season 11?
TVFactFan 11-11-2014, 12:42 AM Welcome Home?
I loved this episode, the return of Richie and Ralph and how all 4 guys go to Al's and sing Blueberry Hill. Just seeing this all together for the 1st time in 5 seasons easily best ep of season 11. Actually the only watchable episode in season11
Agree?
anglemark10 11-11-2014, 01:59 AM I completely disagree. There were a lot of good episodes that season, "Welcome Home" being one (or two) of them. It was actually one of my favorite seasons.

Totally

I like the part when they wasn't quite sure how to act around each other since they were OLDER and not used to being around each other
FonzForever 12-03-2014, 11:36 PM The very next episode was "Glove Story" which was a good ep where we FINALLY she Fonzie punch someone out on camera. It was one punch but they made ti look good and confirmed why everyone was so scared of the guy.

wanted to see it but youtube took the **** down
mets82 12-05-2014, 05:52 PM I didn't really like Welcome Home. I mean its great to see Richie and Ralph back but I didn't like when the buildup to when Richie finally blows a gasket on The Fonz. I think the episode should have been light and fluffy. Also, I liked that they sang Blueberry Hill even though I associate the song with Richie.
Wouldn't it have been funny if they started singing the words to Blueberry Hill and they l stopped singing except for Richie. When Richie asks why did they stop they say because "you never sang the song all the way through."

That episode should have been the finale

Probably right. MUCH better than Joanie & Chiachi getting married to end the show.

Most of the cast was at the wedding which was nice EXCEPT for Potsie and Ralph though? At LEAST they COULD have been there? What's that about?

Welcome Home part 1 & 2, Passages 1 and 2,A Glove Story,Fonzie Moves Out,Kiss Me Teach,Artur Artur,School Dazed i Happen to like season 11 more then season 10.
Dr. Thong 12-28-2014, 07:50 PM That episode should have been the finale
Agreed.
mets82 01-07-2015, 06:55 PM Lets face it the show wasnt the same when Richie and Ralph left. I'll still watch the later seasons but you can tell the writing was on the wall.

Anson Williams said that once Howard and Most left, "the magic was gone."
mets82 01-08-2015, 05:49 PM And I agree with Anson. I'm still suprised that Potsie didnt get a bigger role on the show. I mean once Richie and Ralph left, Potsie somewhat disappeared. You would think he would get a bigger role because those two left.

Well, at least Richie was there.
Colonel Hogan 01-27-2015, 10:51 AM When CBS releases Season 7 on DVD, they should include a bonus disc with "Welcome Home" Parts 1 and 2 and "Passages", the series' finale. These are the only two episodes Ron Howard came back for after his 1980 departure. Knowing CBS, they won't want to pay for "Blueberry Hill" and will probably edit that footage out of the episode.
If they included these with Season 7, fans who have no interest in the show after he left could have all the Ron Howard episodes and not have to buy Season 11 just for two episodes.
Of course, that wouldn't be the best way to help out sales of an eventual Season 11 release. ;)

This is a great idea, because for me, that would be the complete series. But they probably won't do it.
dave insinga 02-01-2015, 03:11 PM it tied up all the loose ends and although WELCOME HOME is my favorite episode probably of the whole series its not the only good episode in that season i can count at least 7 episodes including the series final PASSAGES so i totally disagree with this original post.

Wish Anson Williams had left instead of Donny Most
faraj 02-08-2015, 05:06 PM Wish Anson Williams had left instead of Donny Most
I wish the either Donny Most stayed on Happy Days instead of leaving with Ron Howard or that Ron Howard was the only one of those 3 guys to stay in that show instead of Anson Williams.

I don't blame him. He wasn't kidding. But a lot of the eps. without Richie and Ralph weren't that bad.
