Charmed is a show about three magical sisters who hate men and love each other. Prue, Piper, and Phoebe (and later, Paige) Halliwell come into their powers in their mid to late 20s, then spend eight years fighting any and all evil that descends upon San Francisco — and apparently, there's a lot of it to fend off in NorCal. Not all hellfires are created equal, though. And what better time to rank demons than Halloween weekend? For clarity's sake, we've excluded minor threats, demons who only encounter the sisters in passing, and alternate-universe/past-life versions of the sisters or their family members.
